We’re passionate about building not only great products, but also strong communities around them. Our studio thrives on curiosity, experimentation, and the use of emerging technologies like AI and large language models (LLMs).

We’re looking for an intern who’s excited to grow hands-on skills in community management, AI-assisted workflows, and short-form content creation while being part of a fast-moving indie studio.

This is an unpaid internship. We partner with colleges and universities to provide students with internship opportunities that can be applied toward academic credit.

What You’ll Do
As a Community & Creative Media Intern, you’ll:

  • Engage with our community across Discord, YouTube, Reddit, and Twitter/X, helping foster a positive and active presence.
  • Assist in shaping community growth strategies, such as events, polls, and engagement-driven posts.
  • Experiment with AI/LLM tools to streamline workflows (e.g., content drafting, idea generation, or moderation support).
  • Produce short-form video content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels) to promote our projects and connect with fans.
  • Collaborate with the team on creative campaigns, feedback gathering, and marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in community management, social media, and digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X, and YouTube communities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and visual.
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with different forms of content.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and how they can enhance creative workflows.

Preferred (but not required) Skills

  • Experience with video editing software (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).
  • Knowledge of content marketing and growth strategies.
  • Background in AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) for creative applications.
  • Comfort with meme culture, gaming communities, and internet trends.
